You can setup a shortcut to easily start/stop the running of the profile. After that there is a small one-off payment of £0.79 (or whatever the equivalent currency is in your country) and then its permanently unlocked forever. It has a free trial period so you can give it a try and see if it suits your needs. You can chain multiple actions and setup profiles for different games that you play etc. I made an app for macOS which you can use to auto click etc (or press any sequence of keys). I was looking for something similar myself.
